Data Processing Department Manager
We are looking for someone to lead our Data Processing Department now and into the future. Every day we will ask you to lead your team to meet impossible deadlines, extreme client expectations and unbelievable quality standards.
To do this, you will need to be highly adaptable and drive for results. You will also be a good coach, capable of developing and motivating your team. You will be good at solving problems and managing systems and processes. And of course, you will need to have technical and functional expertise, including a university degree in computer science, or equivalent education.
Your team will be using Access and VB to do data processing, and the latest professional page layout tools for variable data page setups in a production environment. Your passion and understanding of the production world will insure your success.
Sales Assistant
We are looking for an extremely detail oriented individual to support our sales team. This individual must be:
- highly organized
- a strong multitasker
- a team player
This individual must feel very comfortable with computers and learning new programs. He or she is required to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (especially MS Word & MS Excel). We would prefer an individual with some sales/marketing background but this is not a requirement. Excellent English is critical.

Machine Operators
We are looking for experienced machine operators to join our production team. Individuals must be:
- a strong multitasker
- a team player
- able to work with minimal supervision
Machine Operator trainees should have a minimum of 5 years mechanical/ machine operation experience and a demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Applicants must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Inserter Operators should have 3-5 years relevant experience and must be able to work in a fast paced production environment.
