Processing Operations
Our mail processing operation is designed to meet the most stringent deadlines and complex requirements with utmost accuracy.
 Our operation has a planned capacity of 6,000,000 mail pieces per month with the ability to increase to 10,000,000 pieces per month when required. Most importantly, all critical processes have redundancy so that service levels are protected and your project is delivered to the post office on time.
Mailing operations include a full complement of lettershop equipment with capacity that is unsurpassed in western Canada. Combined with our experienced operational managers and machine operators, we can handle any mailing, large or small, simple or complex.
Bindery and Folding
Four MBO folders provide standard and right angle folds as well as a variety of gluing and perforation applications. Proper folding is important for the efficient processing of most mailings. We also provide mechanical and manual collating and nesting.
Addressing and Inkjet Services
Our Buskro 660/760s provide clients with addressing of high resolution, using multiple fonts and graphics. These machines provide a wide print width, have static and variable data inputs, and can simultaneously apply an address, indicia and tag line. Inkjet is one of the more economic methods of address application.
We also offer machine application of Cheshire labels and manual and machine application of peel and stick and piggy back labels.
Inserting
 We provide automated inserting for the widest of applications and are able to mechanically insert almost every project. Mechanical inserting applications include:
• Automated inserting of up to 12 inserts for open side 6 by 9 envelopes
• Intelligent inserting, nesting and collating, with 8 selectable stations for critical documents and statements
• Automated inserting of up to 6 inserts for 9 by 12 open side envelopes
Each of our inserting machines is compatible with friction feeders to facilitate mechanical insertion of the most difficult pieces. For those projects with non-standard requirements, we have a fully staffed manual operation.
Polywrapping
We offer full collating and polywrapping, using clear or pre-printed film, to give publications and unique marketing materials total visibility. Polywrap is a versatile alternative to traditional envelopes, protecting the mail and allowing for additional inserts.
Tabbing
 Buskro Tabbing equipment provides clients a variety of options to enhance the look and feel of their mail piece. The machine seals open brochures for a professional look that protects your mailing from damage. Tabbing can personalize mail pieces through mechanically affixing stamps or repositionable notes(RPN’s) and can be used to affix any type of roll label or seal to a mailing piece.
Our tabbing equipment operates at high speeds and is extremely economic when operated in line with our inserting and inkjet equipment. Tabbing also has applications for affixing customs declarations on product offerings.
